Court instructs seizure of properties owned by Evaly MD and Chairman
The court has ordered the seizure of assets of Evaly co-founder and Managing Director Mohammad Russell who is now behind the bars and Chairman Shamima Nasreen, who is facing an arrest warrant.
The court of Dhaka Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain gave this order, said HM Al Amin, the lawyer of the plaintiff on Thursday (October 27).
He said that on October 24, he applied to seize the property of the accused. The court granted the petition and ordered attachment of the property. The court has set November 16 as the date for the report.
